We want you to love every LuxCotton purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached, and proof of purchase must be provided.
How to Return
Email us at info.luxcotton@gmail.comΒ with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1β2 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons pillowcases cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
